Not happy? You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment – the first purchase or a renewal – no questions asked.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the subscription is cancelled.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period; later partial refunds are not given, except where the Service has been unavailable for a long time due to our fault, or where the law requires it.
The 7-day free trial lets you try every feature before paying – nothing is charged during the trial.
This policy does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including the right of withdrawal described in the Paddle Buyer Terms.
